PORTSMOUTH NAVAL BASE
Early in Foxtrot's life, we were awarded the opportunity to provide consulting services for a modular building project at the Portsmouth Naval Base in Kittery, Maine.
140 HIGH STREET
In December 2019 Foxtrot provided Construction Management Services for a renovation project for the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services. Our eye for quality and dedication to our work developed a sense of trust with the state and our commercial partners.
USACE WINDOWS
In May of 2020 Foxtrot was awarded a window replacement project at the Knightville Dam from the Corps of Engineers. In the following years Foxtrot would work on many projects for USACE including fence replacement and asbestos abatement.
CANANDAIGUA VAMC
Foxtrot is very fortunate to have been able to work closely with the VA in Canandaigua, NY. In 2020 our proposal for a new modular building was accepted, and because of our professionalism and eye for quality, later that year we were awarded a sole source contract to provide a temporary chiller and generator. In May of 2022, Foxtrot was also awarded another contract to provide AC in various IT rooms within the hospital.
GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION
One of our first projects with the GSA was at the Highgate Springs Point of Entry where we replaced various doors and hardware for the Border Patrol. That project was the beginning of a great relationship with the GSA. Foxtrot has been awarded various other projects including a sole source in Derby, VT upgrading the HVAC system at the Border Patrol Station.
1350 Main Street
Foxtrot has had the blessing of being able to work with NAI Plotkin in the heart of our hometown Springfield, MA. We have performed several projects at 1350 Main Street varying from small office renovations to buildouts for state agencies like CPC and DCF.
