The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs had a requirement for a modular building at their medical center in Canandaigua, New York.

Foxtrot was awarded the contract and served as the prime contractor managing all subcontractors from site work, utilities installation of the building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. This started a lasting relationship with the Canandaigua VA leading to a sole source contract and several other projects being awarded.
